How to create a session
A step-by-step guide to creating a Neeg Host session: naming it, picking games, sharing the link, and getting players in.
Create custom question sets tailored to your audience, save them to your library, and use them in any Neeg Host session.
The Playground is where you build custom question sets before your event. Instead of using Neegma's default question pool, you can create your own content tailored to your audience — company trivia, themed party questions, icebreakers for a specific group, or training material for a workshop.
Once created, your custom games are saved to your library permanently. You can reuse them in any future session.
The Playground supports four game types:
The form adapts based on the game type you choose. For Trivia, you set the question, choose whether it's single choice, multiple choice, or free text, and add the answer. For Unscramble, you provide the scrambled word and the correct answer.
Each game type has a downloadable CSV template. Fill it out in a spreadsheet tool and upload it to import questions in bulk. The importer validates each row and flags any errors before saving.
When you start a Neeg Host session and pick a supported game type (Trivia, Unscramble, Missing Letter, Odd One Out), you'll be given a choice: use Neegma's curated question pool, or pick one of your custom game sets. Select your custom set and the session will use your questions.
| Plan | Custom games |

Each custom game can hold up to 200 questions. A minimum of 10 questions is required to run a game in a session.
Yes. Go to the Playground, find the game set, and click Edit. You can change the title, description, add or remove questions, and reorder them. Changes apply to future sessions — they do not affect sessions already in progress.
