By accessing and using Neegma ("the Service"), operated by Neegma ("we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Neegma provides a platform for users to create and join multiplayer gaming sessions. To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate, complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Upload or share content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or connected networks
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Neegma. By posting or sharing content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others. We do not endorse or verify user-generated content.

5. Gaming Sessions

When you create or participate in a gaming session on Neegma:

• You agree to provide accurate information about the session
• Session creators are responsible for managing participants
• Neegma is not liable for disputes between session participants
• We reserve the right to remove sessions that violate our guidelines

6. AI-Generated Content

Neegma uses artificial intelligence to generate game questions, content, and to assist with grading. AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the correctness of AI-generated outputs and accept no liability for reliance on such content.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services (including authentication, real-time communication, and AI providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Neegma platform, including its design, logo, software, and all content created by Neegma, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neegma and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neegma and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranties, indemnification, and liability limitations) shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. You may also be entitled to bring claims in your local courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Neegma regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
