Neegma provides a platform for users to create and join multiplayer gaming sessions. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Neegma
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Users may create sessions and share content through Neegma. You retain all rights to the content you create, but you grant Neegma a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

4. Gaming Sessions

When you create a gaming session on Neegma:

• You agree to provide accurate information about the session
• You are responsible for managing participants in your session
• Neegma is not responsible for disputes between session participants
• We reserve the right to remove sessions that violate our community guidelines

5. Intellectual Property

The Neegma platform, including its design, logo, and all content created by Neegma, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Neegma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Neegma at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
